New Foreign Household Member Application, incl. App. Fee

The application is for a foreign household (2 people) residing outside the United States, its territories, and possessions, who shall enjoy all the privileges of the Club except the right to vote and hold office.  The application fee has been added to the total for New or past members of the Tibetan Spaniel Club of America who have let their membership lapse and wish to re-join the club.
