New Foreign Individual Member Application, incl. App. Fee

For foreign individuals applying to become a New Individual member of the Tibetan Spaniel Club of America.  The application fee has been added to the total. This membership is for individuals residing outside the United States, its territories, and possessions, who shall enjoy all the privileges of the Club except the right to vote and hold office
